I have noticed several authorities suggest butterfly infusion sets

when injecting ozone via direct IV.

I have a question about the butterfly lines. Are they hermetically

sealed vacuums? What happens to the ambient air that gets in the line

before attaching the pure ozone/oxygen syringe to the open end? Is it

getting injected?
