Guest guest
I don't know the exact correlation between liver cancer and Hep C. But by what we are told Hep C can develope into liver cancer in some cases. I will look into your question and get back to you. Bill, is your brother and will always be in your heart. Hugs hon. Guest guest
The difference is that liver cancer is a cancer and hep C is virus. People can get liver cancer without having hep c and people can have hep c without getting liver cancer.Only a small minority of people with hep C get liver cancer from it. The most common form of liver cancer comes when someone has another type of cancer, such as lung or stomach, and then they get liver cancer - this is what metastatic cancer is - a cancer that starts somewhere else. Hope this helps. Lucinda K. Porter, RN > > My supervisor's supervisor recently passed away from Liver Cancer. I > was wondering what the difference is between Liver Cancer and Hepatitis > C?
