The 15th Annual Grazing Conference is being held Friday Feb.2nd and

Saturday Feb.3rd at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in s Point

Wisconsin.

This is always fun and exciting as well as educational and is great

for networking too.

The classes cover, beef, and dairy as well as one for meat goats and

one that Salatin will be giving will cover pastured hogs, turkeys

and chickens.

There are booths to buy things and learn some more and many more

friends to be made.

Rooms at the holiday Inn are $84/ night plus 13.5% tax on top. We stayed on sight last year and they have a nice facility.

If we go this year we may stay at the Comfort Suites in s PT. they are $66/nite on www.expedia.com plus tax of course. this is for a room with 2 dbl beds. and you need to use your cr. card to pay for the rooms. the comfort suites also has a continental brkfst. About 3.5 miles from the holiday inn conference center. Conference last year was good. didn't think much of the meals they served tho. Being in wi we thought they should have had cheese on their sandwich buffet on Saturday! lol. This yrs conference should be a good on also. just my 2 cents.
