Guest guest
I take some everyday from goat cheese production. I add brewers yeast and down it fast. It helps my digestion like nothing else. It would add organically bound minerals and compounds to the diet. The benefit of undenatured(unheated) whey as a gluthathione precurser would not be there if the whey was heated very much however. I've been considering it, to see if I can tolerate the whey better than the kefir, but the waste factor puts me off... Also, is there a difference between nutritional yearst and brewers yeast?
