eating grapefruit

Back in the days when the grapefruit diet was popular (in those days, only

the much less sweet pink or white was generally available) and there was no

other sugar substitute other than saccharine (which tastes particularly

nasty on grapefruit to my tongue, lol), I learned that a little salt cuts

the sourness in foods. To this day, I've always used a couple sprinkles of

salt on grapefruit.

Try it, it works!

<<Is it actually possible to eat grapefruit without some form of sweetner?>>
