4 years and a bit -- still more than okay

Well, I weighed for the first time in nearly a year, and much to my

happiness, I remain at 130 lbs lost since my DS in February 2002. I think I

had gained about 10 pounds, but I seem to have lost it.

Because of my large hernia and my big panni, I don't really notice a lot of

things because I wear loose fitting clothing, but it was a delight to know

that I'm hanging in there after 4+ years.

Yea!!!
