I envy your getting to build a new home and I'm Delighted it isn't ME building a new home at the same time. It's a lot of work, worry, decisions.....But the payoff is going to be wonderful. I hope the weather corporates with you for a little while. Here in Bako we are having an extra nice winter. Very mild, not much rain, frost or fog....I'll try to send you some sunshine!
