This is unacceptable, period. If this person could not control himself

before, what action is being take to insure he won't repeat this?

Key words or " will be able " . Will they see it when he applies for a

position or is it only available when requested?

And then thereafter, nobody will have a clue this worker has had

problems in the past that might lead to physical harm of persons in a

position needing care.

I really don't think this is just.
