Guest guest
Pat, you can try Gas-X. It is a surfactant and gets rid of the bubbles so you can belch or fart and get rid of the presssure and the pain. Better yet, figure out what is causing the gas and avoid it. I had to buy the very last loaf of sprouted grain bread at TJs and it was Soy Crunch. Not my favorite, but it is sprouted or else I would be in your shoes in one or two days. Ask Jo about my will power! I go out and eat soup. I am cooking soup tonight again. Lots of veggies, meat and broth, I love it. High quality, made for me by me with love. Guest guest
Hi Pat! The cereal is the most likely culprit. I've found that Maalox Max (helps control gas) does a decent job. I can't eat bread or anything but when I have certain veggies and things that can cause problems, the Maalox Max seems to do the job. Hope this helps! Hugs!
