Guest guest
Mike, you got a very favourable response with a single liver flush? Good on ya; most people have to do 3-4 to notice anything. They are inconvenient, but following the reasoning that not all hepatic stones let go in the first flush, you'll probably benefit by doing maybe two more. Dr. Pressman uses a much less harsh liver flush than Dr. 's two day one. I also use an abbreviated flush that really works, the one by Dr. Kelley I have published here (right click to download it): http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow/liverFlush.txt Gotta tell you, most people don't bother with the coffee enemas, the apple juice, the phosphoric acid or the Alka seltzer, and get lots anyway. My probiotics resource page is one of the best on the Internet; Gooogle ranks it #1 in a search on either inulin references or prebiotic references, #3 if you search on probiotic references. PREbiotics simply feed the beasties you already have a culture of, to make them more dominant: http://members.shaw.ca/duncancrow Jeff Leach's site http://paleobioticslab.com gives some prehistoric data on inulin gathering and use as a food. I think inflammation is reduced by ozone through its direct action of breaking down irritating toxins and also by increasing cell metabolism, which includes toxin clearance. all good, Duncan > > Hi duncan, > > thankyou Yeah i have never really tried her ozone oil protocol, was mainly using it for drinking water and baths. There is some good benefits to ozone done in the right way in my opinion, i have bought some ozonated olive oil that is done properly and have used this on my daughters eczema and it really does work to take down her inflammation, but it doesn't adress the internal reason why?? > > I have used probiotics before in the past several times trying to get some skin problems to go away on my legs to no avail. > > I did a liver flush and all my skin seemed to clear up, > > I'd be interested in hearing more about your probiotics , > My naturopath had the theory that good health starts with good digestion, makes good sense to me.... > > > Mike > them4@... >
