I am lucky to live about 40 minutes from an organic dairy that makes available raw milk from their holsteins to customers willing to drive out to the farm. My family ( & our laying hens!) have been enjoying this for a couple of years. I culture kefir and a finnish villi type milk and separate cream cheese & whey. I would love to find a source of organic/pastured raw goats milk and also a dairy that supplies raw cream and butter. In past we have purchased from Org. Pastures in CA. Shipping is expensive!
