However, it is also harder to read to use NO caps. This should not be a topic for discussion. Facts: Fire, police protection, infrastructure and considerably different from monies given to private entities for improvement of their business enterprises. And while you may feel it is a good thing to have funds distributed to offer specialized computer experience for a select few, unless it was private money I do not agree.
