Mastitis in fresh older cow

What natural remedies does everyone use for mastitis. I have an older cow that I am actually milking for the first time, 4th lactation. She freshened two days ago, and one of her hind quarters this morning has colostrum colored chunks at the beginning and end of stripping the quarter, without much milk. I think that would be a staph variety? She doesn't seem ill at all yet.

Also to be sure I am on the right track with hygiene, what are the preferred pre-cleanse and post dip solutions? Only know conventional and want to be as natural as we can and do what is best for the cow.
