Guest guest
Good question, Vicki. I dunno. I basically stay hydrated or if not, then I know what to blame when I get that kidney pain. Or WHO to blame, me! lol Also, I pay SOME attention to oxalate content of foods. For example, if I am having pain I avoid spinach and rhubarb. Guest guest
I don't think I mention it often. I didn't know what it was since it is in the " wrong " spot to be kidney pain. It might be ureter pain, in fact. I have determined through trial and error that it most likely is related to crystals in the urine. Marta > > you sometimes get kidney pain??
