Good question, Vicki. I dunno. I basically stay hydrated or if not,

then I know what to blame when I get that kidney pain. Or WHO to

blame, me! lol Also, I pay SOME attention to oxalate content of

foods. For example, if I am having pain I avoid spinach and rhubarb.

I don't think I mention it often. I didn't know what it was since it

is in the " wrong " spot to be kidney pain. It might be ureter pain, in

fact. I have determined through trial and error that it most likely

is related to crystals in the urine.
