Let's hope that they lose. As we know, floortime has been shown to be a quack therapy. Tax dollars should not be spent on it. Further, if the law firm(s) bringing the class action suit lose, it will put a significant dent in the desire of lawyers to bring suits of this kind tothe legal system. Finally,it will be a slapin the face to parents who put their faith in quack therapy, and parents do indeed deserve this slap.
