Thank God for the mal absorption or I'd be humongous! I was very bad this weekend and ate almost a whole bag of chips/.......I'm paying tonight......supposed to go to a funeral tomorrow(Tom's Aunt) but if the chips are still in my system, no way! Can't risk being at the cemetery if the bowels don't cooperate if ya know what I mean! Mel
Guest guest
good deal Doc. Im trying to cut out the sugar too especially at night. Is it easier to lose after the DS or just as hard as a normie?? All of us are home with the flu. This bites. If it were a bacterial infection, Antibiotics could kill it but we all have to wait it out. Yucko. Send some of that tea this way. " Marta S. Okay, so only about a pound or two, but it is still downward! I think decreasing my sugar intake lowered in insulin levels and in turn decreased my appetite. Marta regain was 23 lbs from lowest, about 21 from comfort zone, currently 11 lbs from comfort zone. One month to gain, one year to lose! Guest guest
Mel, I missed a funeral due to bowels, way back when. I have to be careful what I eat on certain days, just to make sure I don't run into problems. As long as I eat the bread, I am okay.
