a,,I would milk that side,, 3x a day ,,, you do not want this to get worse or she could get gangrene mastitis and loose the udder or her life. If you have a test kit,, CMP ,,I would test the milk for mastitis,, but certainly milk this,,, to keep the milk flowing,,, massage that side gently,, and milk out more,, and massage and milk,, check for lumps ,,, and edema,,, the CMP test should tell you if you have mastitis... in PA

Garlic, echinacea and vit c. Milk the udder out a couple times a day.

You can also rub peppermint/wintergreen/or tea trea oil on the udder.

May not be mastititis; it could just be junk left over from her last

lactation.
