Salatin, Jerry Brunett to Speak at Conference

The annual Acres U.S.A. Conference will be held Dec. 7-9 in St.

Minnesota. Keynote speakers include Salatin, Dr. Getoff

(Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation), and (author of

Seeds of Deception). Jerry Brunetti will present a special all-day

workshop on Food as Medicine.

The conference, now in its 27th year, addresses commercial-scale

organic/sustainable farming techniques and technologies drawing on the

knowledge of some eco-farming's top consultants and practitioners and

attracts attendees worldwide. The trade show features almost 100 eco-

suppliers.
