Guest guest
How blessed you are to find an older Dutch cheese maker to teach you making cheese. I live in Texas and wish to find someone from another country to teach me more about making cheese. I am in process of setting up a portable building for my cheese making. I bid and won on ebay 3 stainless steel tilt soup kettles from 6 to 10 gallons each. My husband makes my molds from PVC we go to Wall-Mart and buy weights for the top. Also go to Goodwill, Secondhand shops for bowls. If anyone out in Raw Dairy Land knows of a good cheese making teacher, Please let me know... I would like to find someone that does not advertise and have one on one instructions. Thanks Ina Hi Barbara, we recently did a cheese making course with an older Dutch cheese maker and are looking forward to experimenting with our own cheeses now
