Guest guest
There actually is organic corn syrup. I found it at: http://www.naturesflavors.com/product_info.php?cPath= & products_id=4063 I was looking for it because my children love marshmallows in their raw milk cocoa. I am making NON GMO marshmallows for them.

Guest guest
I too am a lover of both marshmallows and pecan pies! I found that the Lundberg's rice syrup worked great in pecan pies... I use the same amount. My pie recipe called for light kayo syrup and I have been real happy with the rice syrup replacement. We have a recipe for homemade marshmallows. They use sugar... I have not been able to make it work with sucanat but I get the organic sugar. Once or twice a year we make these and they are really yummy. I would be happy to share the recipe... super easy.
