Guest guest
Hi Page, I usually have Siamese 'cause I'm allergic to cats & their fur is different, it doesn't affect me. When my last Siamese died (at 22 years of age) I couldn't afford a new one & a freind gave me a Birman - like a long haired Siamese. Suprisingly SpYke didnt bother me ( except for the shedding, I had a fur carpet while I had him) He got kidney failure 1 1/2 years ago & I had to put him down. Now I have Sascha - he's a Russian Blue/Siamese mix (I think) & totally insane! He's a jumper, loves to sit on the curtain rod & leap on people when they come in the door or on the fridge just to annoy me. He likes to come in the bedroom when I'm trying to sleep & knock the books out of the bookcase headboard onto my head. Like I said - TOTALLY INSANE! But he can be so sweet too. He knows when he's pressing on my last nerve & that's when he chooses to sit on my chest & purr his heart out ( did I mention he's also an earlobe sucker who slobbers while he does?) Enjoy your new baby, SuZieMay you be in heaven half an hour before the devil knows you're dead
