I am of course doing it here at home much to Craig's horror! No, haven't heard from Nic, but I think she was doing Canada for a few days and then heading down to NY for NYE.. I really cannot remember, then off to sunny Miami. What a lovely holiday!

Ok.. my darling Dennis says the best thing for sunburn is sorbalene cream with vitamin E in it... slather it on if you have any. The aloe vera takes the sting out of it, but the cream seems to stop the skin drying too much whilst it is in the healing stage. NO MORE SUN FOR YOU!!! And lots and lots and lots of liquids to keep you hydrated on the inside as well please.

Thanks for that Mel. I'll definately be keeping out of the sun today

and getting lots of water into me. I've had sun stroke once before

and I'm not keen to get it anytime again soon!
