Yes it has been a very long time

Wonderful news about the new addition to your family. I know just how

excited you must be. I have heard that you have had fantastic success

with your band and that you reached your goal weight. Congratulations!

It would be great if you could try and come along to the Feb lunch and

we can compare bumps and I am sure lots of our new bandits would love

to pick your brains and find out your tips for success (Gab I am

talking about you!).. I am trying to figure out the last time I saw you

and I think it may have been the lunch at my place in May 06?... far to

long!
