Guest guest
Yes! Recipes would be FUN! (Could we finally have some fun? LOL) I know that we are all struggling with this dragon...most of us have some degree of pain every day... all day long. I struggle as each day brings a new, not-so-surprising ache in a different place. But we deserve our moments of happiness! It doesn't have do be huge, Disney World fun... Watching a glorious sunrise gives us a moment of joy... The satisfaction of being able to create... maybe not a marble statue... but a tasty dish for dinner.. Moments of happiness that we can hold onto during those not-so-great times. How do YOU find those moments? I would like to hear! We can inspire each other! Share~ Tell us your happy secrets~ Here's mine: When I was younger, I used to travel the world (on business).. I loved every moment. Now, I seek out new restaurants and pretend that I am, once again, traveling to some exotic country... and, again, I have my moments~ Kind Regards, Pat Austin, TX

Guest guest
Sure! I have a bunch of easy to make, easy to freeze recipes I use. They are more protein based though as carbs make things worse for me. Houston
