Any advice appreciated. My son who is suffering from OCD, panic attacks,

transient tics and suicidal ideation(Possibly from meds) finally got in to a

good treatment center his second visit is this week. I informed his school

advisor that he is going there because he has been out of school this week due

to the crippling anxiety. His advisor tells the school psycologist(quick recap

on this -this psychologist is not trained in CBT exposure therapies and we have

seen him before and my son would not open up to him)So the school Psycholgist

takes it upon himself to call my sons new doctor, He then calls me and said that

the school psychologgist wants to be part of the treatment plan problem is my

son told the doctor he wanted his treatment confidential and not to be told to

the school, that may be unreasonable but at the point he is now any further

anxiety and he will crack. He does not like the school psychologist and I found

him very inadequate and doesnt really know anything about OCD just straight talk

therapy- So the new doc says unless my son gets on board with working with the

school psychologist also, she feels that she cannot treat him-My question is

this, this is a minor child at the end of his rope and in desperate need of help

can she legally turn him away because of that schools phone call also did his

advisor have the right to give him that information so he could take it upon

himself to call my sons doctor? Is this even legal? I feel like the school just

sabotaged him getting help by that phone call? any advice on if she can turn him

away for this?
