Guest guest
Ginger, put your other cheeks in the sun. That blood calcium was laboratory error. Guest guest
Hi Ginger! Could you be in the sun if you wore a hat? There are hats out there (particularly for gardeners) that are large brimmed and block the sun entirely. Hugs! Guest guest
Oh Mel I feel your pain, honestly I do - I have just walked in the door and the first thing I hit was the butter with cruskits and vegemite and I wasnt hungry, just had the compulsion to do it. And don't apologise – obesity is a disease and there is no point even thinking that simply banding the stomach that all the associated problems magically fade away. They don't, they are always there simmering away. I think I have to go and beg for a bit of a fill, I cant do this level of unrestriction until some time next year, it will do my head in.
