Hi Everyone

Just thought I would tell you

all that, just to make your day lol..... Wicked lad I am...........

Well I had my follow up with my

Dr yesterday, he is more than happy with me, my BP is now down to

110/60........................ How is that from Stroke point in the 200’s

on the 100’s when I was working, to now where it is below normal lol.....

He is leaving my medications as is, for the moment, I am not showing any signs

of low BP problems, so he is leaving well enough alone.....

Well I have been retired now

for 7 months, the time has gone so quickly it is not funny, I jokingly said to Dr

Mike yesterday would he consider letting my go back to work 1 or 2 days a week,

Oh My God, did he hit the roof......... It took me 10 years to talk you into it

and only when you were half dead did you agree.... NO... You are not going back

to work....... I think those were very similar words that he told me lol.......

All I miss is the social bit

of work, but I can usually find someone to have coffee with......... I’d

told Larry my social calendar was now empty, except for Sunday’s lunch with

the Central Coasters...... well my friend wants to have morning tea with

me at town Square in the morning, so this sort of slipped out, when we

were talking this morning, so I got paid off no end for being the Social

Butterfly...... the words he used cannot be reproduced here, as Mazz says

we have many professional people on our group lol.......

I’ve got hundreds of

things to do, but I just cannot get motivated to do them, at the moment I am

waiting for the oven man to come and fix the oven, they cannot give me a time,

so I am sort of grounded till they arrive.....

I am still losing weight, so

the extra walking and eating well is paying dividends, plus being settled and

content is probably the best thing for me at the moment, I am hoping to get

through Christmas OK, not sure what I’ll be doing, but I am resigned to

the fact I will not see my son .......

I am glad Cherie is good, it

is a big operation, I do not wish to go through the Tummy Tuck part ever again,

I’m OK with the other area lol......

Well I will catch up with

all the Central Coasters on Sunday, the Sydney people look after yourselves.

Re The 2 % tool and colour

thing, I think the survey got it wrong, more people are in the 2% than in the

other 98%, so we must all be a bit unusual....... lol.....
