I'm in both the basic and advanced workouts from the live 4 pack :)

In the basic, I am in about the 3rd row back, all the way to the left

(left as you are looking at the tv), next to the riser. I have black

workout pants and a matching workout top that shows a little bit of

my stomach. My hair is in a ponytail. They show a close up of me

doing the one arm speedbags and also at the end during the balance

move. Also, when we are doing front kick/back kick and is

talking to the camera...I am right behind him.

In the advanced, I am in towards the back in front of the back riser

on the right side (again right as you are looking at the tv). I am

wearing a big yellow Tae-Bo t-shirt cut off at the waist and black

workout pants. They show a close up of me punching 's hands

where he's trying to get me to count. I had no idea what he was

saying and then he turns to the camera and starts talking about how

he is trying to get me to count at which point I start counting and

laughing and he points at me and says something about how it's good

that I have smile on my face :)

So, you'll " know " someone the next time you do those workouts :)

Amy, I agree with shannon on the balancing moves. I just started again in

Jan. and mostly did the BL from the four pack until I started my venture with

the 12 volume set. And when I did BL again on Sunday, it was amazing, but I

had gotten to the point where I can do the balancing move where you bring you

leg in and out. I did all the sets, and only missed a few reps, but I was

doing it!!! Yes!! that was a great feeling. The one at the end, where you

squat and hold it for almost 2 minutes. I got through the whole time. and was

further down than usual. You improve each time, and that is what keeps me

going!!!

It is so cool to " know " someone :-) How long had you been doing TaeBo when this

was made? You had that balance thing! I couldn't do that standing still - I fell

over! LOL!!

TaeBo when this was made? You had that balance thing! I couldn't do

that standing still - I fell over! LOL!!

Let's see...that workout was done in November 1999, so I had been

doing Tae-Bo for about 6 months at that point :) That balance moves

is a really tough one....but the good thing is that it's one of those

moves you can really see your improvement and one day you'll surprise

yourself and keep your balance the whole time (then you get to come

here and brag to us about how you were able to do it...LOL)!
