Been a bit awol...

Sorry to everyone, I have been missing in action a bit this week. Apologies if I have not caught up with your any posts that I should have, but it all became a bit overwhelming today and I just skimmed through a few. I am actually busy with work, a project my brother and I are working on at the moment, and I get called away at a moments notice. I have also had to spend a lot of time on the phone to him as well. I am finding that driving to Milsons Pt is not as easy as I thought in peak hour, and that the train is the way to go for a 9am meeting.

I had a lovely time with the girls last night at duck, felt human again after not eating that much through the day. I am finding more and more that the best plan of attack is just go easy peasy during the first half of the day, afternoon things are ok an I can nibble, and evenings, keep it simple and not too much, and go slow... if I follow those rules, I seem to be ok.

Friday night Chinese tonight. We were supposed to be going to Whale Beach for dinner, but the weather is so dismal, that we canned it for another time. We then were free'd up to go with our once a month Friday night gang tonight to the local, so thrilled about that.

Anyway, I hope you are all well and that everyone has had a good week.
