Guest guest
Well, don't mean to scare you, but women tend to have heart attacks that feel more like stomach pain to them. Hmmm...maybe I do mean to scare you! lol Don't leave your PCP out of the loop, that is all I ask. Okay? Guest guest
, That is great! You may be right that things have finally simmered down some & you will do well with this. I have lost 9lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 This is a monumental feat for me. No drugs have worked, no diets - not even an 800 calorie liquid diet (dr. supervised of course) - nothing. I hate to get so excited, but I am! I think the medications have finally gotten my body to a more even state and my metabolism can work with the proper intake of food. Now if I could only add in some exercise. I may take gosh, I don't know, like 15 pills a day, but it may actually be working to make me more healthy. 9lbs down, 91 to go! Guest guest
I am going to see on Wednesday so plan on getting weighed there, but just stepped onto bathroom scales and they actually register a weight without going ouch (LOL). If they are correct it means I have lost about 15kg sinced 1/11/07 when I started on Optifast. I'd do a happy dance but afraid of opening my incisions. 8=)
