Guest guest
Why is night time sooo hard? My son is up for hours fixing drawers and toching doors...etc. We had to lower the Anafalin because 50MG was making him depressed...Has this ever happened to any of your kiddos? Guest guest
Hi there, At night they have no distraction from the OCD and anxiety, so it can just take over. Often they have a " routine " /rituals they " must " do before they can sleep. Our son got more depressed with prozak. Celexa works better for him. Each anti-depressant acts differently in each person. How long has your son been on the anafranil? Was he depressed before he started taking it, or did you notice a distinct difference after he started the anafranil? Were other medications tried before they decided on anafranil? Warmly, Barb Canada Son, 19, OCD, Austism Spectrum - doing well almost 3yrs. > > Why is night time sooo hard? Guest guest
Nighttime was hard for us. After school was hard, like they let it out as soon as safely home. Bedtime also. Does he have the same routine each night? Is it the same order each night? > > Why is night time sooo hard?
