Guest guest
Hi Sam, For more info on these drugs: http://www.ahrp.org/cms/content/view/132/80/ I have been taking melatonin to help with sleep. And it really works. Have an article I just saw on Nescape about Humira /Remacide. Since Bob approved my posting of medical news/findings...will post it. All of us with chronic pain suffer from depression <thats an understatement> But when the Drs use a psychotic drug, for pain issues...sigh... Some on here may disagree with my outlook on these New drugs. I have had too many bad experiences, side effects. Have been handed these anti-psychotic drugs in samples and now, tell them to take the darn things back. I don't want any part in them. Severe shizophrenics, those with severe mental ailments need them. Just found out that diazepam has some possible dangerous side effects. Including depression. So am trying to slowly cut back. I sure don't need anything to add to depression. Am anxious to hear what is said at the Stills seminar about depression. Adding Lunesta to what you are taking already? http://www.immunesupport.com/library/showarticle.cfm/ID/6224 " Lunesta is like every drug approved by the FDA, " said s. " We don't know what the long-term side effects are " or all the negative side effects seen during the clinical trials. " The message is: Buyer beware. " I know this group and all the others have to add that suggestions are not to be taken in place of medical proffessionals. We all have to research and weigh alternatives. Give your boys a hug for me. Hope this helps, Ann Sam Rocci wrote: Hello to Everyone, I have had some med changes in the past two weeks... changed from Celexa to Cymbalta for depression/pain issues and added Lunesta for sleep. I am sleeping at night, wake up a little tired but can get going then in the afternoon... BAM! I hit a wall and just collapse. Now normally this would not be a problem... HOWEVER, with 6 year twin boys who do not nap anymore and three year old who goes down for an hour or two, it's a problem. The boys are generally well behaved but they are 6.... I have been having them watch a movie and I just crash out for at least an hour. This has never happened before and I am nervous about them being unsupervised. We are not in a financial position to hire help or put them in day care... plus I love being a mom more than anything on the planet... this is making me crazy!!!!! It's like I just cannot get enough sleep. We are adjusting my Remicade from 8 weeks to 6 weeks and increasing the dosage but I still have a couple of weeks until my next infusion. Any creative ideas?
