You are doing well too - good on you and thanks for the congrats. I dont feel that I have stayed there, without jumping on the scales I think I am back up again just with what I have managed to indulge in with my little bit of fill out. But oh well, I am happy at least.

I know that feeling of water not going down easily, it sucks but you keep thinking - it will get better, it will register on the scales. Sadly its not the case tho is it. Keep plugging away and in not time (and easily before March) you will be at 'normal' country, its a nice place to visit and an even better place to live!
