Hope you are well, it was my sister's 29 Wedding Anniversay so the 4 of us went out.. Went to a seafood restaurant at Ramsgate called " Omeros" nice food but my gee I piged out. When will I ever learn that I cannot stomach as much as I eat - never learn my bloodie lesson.

I'm so looking forward to catching up with you girls - particularly have not seen you for ages.

In that case Mazz I will bring the Greek Salad and Greek sweets , if I get time to make anything else I'll see what I can do.

Why is that our whole life revolves around food.

I just was on the P & O cruises site as we are considering in going for a cruise next year and all they talk about also is " food glorious food" .

I had lost about a kilo and bit the other week and straight back on it came back again.

So sitting on 68 kilos again - bummer
