Elaine, you have had it tough. Being without the band must have been totally and utterly overwhelming. I would never ever be able to control myself ever again, I know that now. If I have a day where I am able to eat, I pig out because I might not be able to the next day... wierd science I know.

Anyway, I am thrilled that you have been brought forward - could be a five kilo saving... now it will be less because of the Optifast!
