Hello lovely peeps

have just had a few mins to read the last few days posts, have been so

busy lately! Welcome to all the new people and *wave* to everyone else!

All good here, have been totall crazy busy lately, trying to fit in

going to the gym has become a big priority and I (who hates early

mornings) have even been twice this week at 6.30am! I am feeling really

really good, the exercise - together with seeing my psychologist,

personal trainer and dietician every fortnight - is definately paying

off as I have so much more energy and feel so positive that this time,

I am losing weight that I will not put straight back on!

the weight loss has been slow and steady, probably not as fast as I

would like, but I still havent had any problems with eating anything,

or PB'ing, or pain, or reflux... I had another fill on Tues as I can

still eat reasonable size meals (now have 5.5ml in a 9ml band) I am

trying very hard to focus on feeling 'satisfied' rather than 'full' at

the moment, which is a totally new experience for me as I have always

eaten till bursting point before and my brain knows that as 'full'.

I also got that new job I applied for, I have been looking for the

right new job for over a year so I am very excited. I have negotiated

to continue working 4 days so I can spend my one day with my little man

and I start in a few weeks.

Looking forward to seeing you all at Mels for our xmas party on 25th.

Any other dates planned before then???
