Guest guest
Tresse--have you treated your daughter for Lyme? My son is being treated now for Lyme and Bartonella ( another tick borne disease) and obviously didn't have the right antibiotic combo becaue within 48 hours of an additional antibiotic, some of his compulsions we have been seeing ( needing to fall down, walk with crossing one leg over the other as if he is Irish step-dancing)have disappeared. We finally consulted with a Lyme Literate MD. Our PANDAS doc was baffled that DS wasn't getting better after 2 IVIG's and was getting worse. He had been dx'd with Lyme, but had 3 months of abx for it. It may be worth seeing a Lyme Literate MD ( LLMD) for a second look at your daughter. Contact Lymedocs@... for a LLMD recommendation. Best of luck to you. It does feel like a battle and we and our children are the weary soldiers. Terry > > Bonnie, I have asked myself this question, yes.
