Last night was the first time that my girl really let me inside of her chaotic

world. She was able to explain things that were going on with her so clearly.

She said when one thought leaves her brain, antother pops in... then another and

an other. She said she can't get in the shower because there are too many

thoughts confusing her. When she tells me not too talk all day long, she is busy

playing with all of her imaginary friends and the thoughts are going too fast.

She talks to these friends/they answer back. She showed me lists of her friends

that she keeps track of. They have names, ages etc... She said she feels like

hurting me when I rush her because she has to think unscramble all of her

thoughts and friends before she can do ANYTHING. She does get stuck on one

thought many times, which I really believe the Celexa helps, but I think a great

deal of the agitation comes from these racing thoughts. Sometimes she just says

to me " bla bla bla " ... and I say, what is that... and she tells me that the

thoughts are too many and coming so quicky that if she says just " bla bla bla " ,

it will cover everything in her head. Isn't it great to know this? Unmedicated,

she will sit in front of the TV all day long, if she comes away, she is totally

confused, aggitated and disoriented. Her brain races all night long. She said

the racing thoughts never stop. I am so excited.
