Interesting CBT for the week

Good Evening!

My daughter Sara has " just right " OCD. She is on zoloft in a " study " and we got

the dose right where she needs it and she is doing great!

Her CBT for this week is to use curse words and insult our clothing if she

doesnt like it and she has to go through my closet and tell me everything she

doesnt like. Therapist told her she had to say 20 bad words by the time she got

to the car well that was well over 2 hours ago and the only thing she could

muster up was a text message to her dad that said " therapy was crappy " ....lol

She thinks that saying crappy once fulfilled her duty......

This week goes against everything I have taught the kids about being nice and

respectful...I know have to encourage her to be a little mean and use bad

words...I almost think this is some kind of CBT for me!

Should be an interesting week for us
