Guest guest
Does your son/daughter constantly worry? Does he or she put themselves down more often than not.? My son is an A/B student, is quite skillful in Hockey, and ALWAYS gets his homework done ahead of schedule, yet he has no self esteem and is very hard on himself, ESPECIALLY after a hockey game. What can I do or say? If he doesn't believe it himself or feel good about his accomplishments how can I convince him.? It's tough watching or should I say, hearing the negativity constantly. Soooooooooo does this sound like anxiety/worry? He receives compliments but doesn't seem to believe them. It's sad, isn't it? I think we are just born with certain traits that stay with us all our lives. Pam L.
