Guest guest
I figured out what vitamins by talking to other parents w/similar issues. I took the approach that they would not hurt so why not try them. My 11 ds also will not chew vitamins and he needs to stay away from dyes as they exacerbate his anxiety a lot. So we use an adult multi, no dyes and not chewable..............................Larkellen www.letterstolarkellen.com www.estateandgaragesales.biz Subject: Kid vitamins / Adult vitamins To: Date: Tuesday, October 26, 2010, 10:40 AM How do you know which type of vitamins to get??? My daughter is 11 years old will be 12 in January. She is very active with sports at least 6 days a week. She has not " matured " yet and Dr said that is not happening anytime soon. Since starting Zoloft her eating isnt that great. Has anyone had a blood test to show what vitamins they are deficient in? Plus my daughter will not take any pill that she has to chew and I can not find kids vitamins that are not chewable. And she wont just swallow the chewables...she cant stand the taste of them. I am afraid to buy liquid because she wont take anything liquid for the same reason...she is sensitive to tastes.
