I know you wrote last time that you were having trouble and that you were back on the bp meds, hope that is going okay – well as well as it can do! Plus the black dog, hope he has taken himself to the pound for re-housing elsewhere. B – how are those feet! I cant imagine the pain that you were in you poor thing. Who could have thought that the city to surf would damage a person so? I did it years ago and remember having sore toes, the toe nails cut into the sides of my toes and that was a pain for a few days, so I hope you have recovered now.
