Heidi it is so very good to hear from you and to hear that you have been getting

the help you needed! Such a good message to remind us all of, that you have to

look after yourself first if you are going to be able to look after anyone else.

So glad to hear that Sam is doing better too! You've both had a really tough

go, but somehow survived and are here to tell the tale. It will be great to

have you back to share again.

Many hugs to you!!!

you all know that I have been very busy getting help for myself the last two

months. I am feeling a lot better, and Sam is also doing a lot better. I have

been in the hospital getting help for my own OCD and depression. Sam is

currently staying with my parents. I will be going home sometime next week and

hopefully back to work soon after.

group has given me support when literally no one else was there for me. So, I

hope I didn't make anyone worry too much, but I was really focused on my own

recovery.

Heidi, soooo good to hear from you! Thanks for updating us on how you and Sam

are doing! And so glad you are taking care of YOU too, we all need to do that,

see to our own needs too. We forget that as parents sometimes, too busy seeing

to our children and their needs, especially when OCD is involved daily with a

child. Hope you " poke your head " in here some more, when you can, and continue

to let us know how you and Sam are each doing. Glad your parents are able to

care for him during this time, to help you and him out!

Take care,

So very glad to hear from you, Heidi.

It's so important to take care of you too. I'm glad to hear you are feeling

So glad you are back.

Hi From Heidi

Hi All,

I haven't been on here in a long while, but I wanted to say hi. I want to let

you all know that I have been very busy getting help for myself the last two

months. I am feeling a lot better, and Sam is also doing a lot better. I have

been in the hospital getting help for my own OCD and depression. Sam is

currently staying with my parents. I will be going home sometime next week and

hopefully back to work soon after.

Although I haven't been on here in a long time, one of the things to hold on to

when things got really tough for me was the fact that I knew there were other

people out there that had also gone through tough times like mine too. This

group has given me support when literally no one else was there for me. So, I

hope I didn't make anyone worry too much, but I was really focused on my own

recovery.

Thanks for listening,

Heidi
