Thank you for your answer.

So sorry to read that you are as fatigued as we all seem to be.

I guess your question was " A way to handle it? " (the fatigue?)(I don't

have your post right in front of me!)This really isn't an " answer " ;just

a suggestion:

Okay...I just do what I like to do on " good " days;and leave some time

to do ONE thing for the spouse and house, that day.(I

mean,like,dust...vacuum,go food shopping, etc) SHE WORKS at an

emergency Veterinary hospital(Overnight Sunday 9A.M. to Monday

9A.M.;and then on Tuesday from 5PM to 11:30 P.M.);so It is difficult

for me to ask for help. But,what a lot of the " working " (outside the

home) spouses don't seem to understand is that going grocery

shopping,or vacuuming IS work TOO! ESPECIALLY for us. Some of us have

kids to deal with,also.-I have my furry and feathered kids. I take care

of them EVERY DAY......I guess my point is this: Do what you CAN on

your good days;BUT LEAVE SOME TIME FOR YOU!! Exercise;see a

movie;whatever! Then; You will still have bad days and tiredness, but you

will feel better spiritually!

Hope this helps you,...and everyone. Bram.
