Tess:

This is wonderful news from you!

It just gets better and better every day when we hear from you.

So happy for you that your life is of better quality now.

How did Em's birthday go? Did she get my card?

Have a wonderful Sunday and Holiday if I am not able to post before Christmas

again.

(I received your Christmas card....thank you!)

Hi, Tess! What a great poem! Thank you for sharing! I work with many

people who are looking for more inner peace and your poem might be helpful.

Would it be ok with you if I shared it, with your name as the author (assuming

you wrote it, of course!). If so, what is your last name? Thank you for

sharing!

Warmest,

Beth

The hips are so stiff during the day and so dang painful during the night.

What helps with this? I am considering getting the Nasa Foam bed

topper...but for now, any ideas?

Well, it's not too fancy or cutting edge, but my heating pad does help quite

a bit with this kind of night time pain!

Love and Prayers,

Beth

Tess, hey there gal!!!! How are you? Sorry to hear about the gosh

darn hips! I try sleeping with mine up on a large pillow when then

happens and/or sleeping with one between my legs if I'm even able to

get onto my sides. I kinda wonder if the reason it helps up on the

large pillow is because it is so high that it probably cuts off the

bloodflow!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL Anyhow, I sure do hope that you feel

better soon. Glad that the fever hasn't kicked in! That is a plus.

Take care. XXX's Kim

Hi Tess:

I am sorry to hear that you are having so much pain

with the Fibro and in your hips, and that you will be

needing surgery to remove the cyst. Glad the RA and

PA are behaving at least. Hugs and prayers to you,

kiddo.

Tess--Wow. So beautiful. Did you sneak into my house at three in the morning

When weariness cries

And no rest exists...

When colors fade

And hope seems lost,

When strength is a memory

And bones sting with frost...

When quilts do not warm

And Despair seems to sneer,

When tears never end

And the future is unclear...

I close my tired eyes

and think of your face,

shining with compassion and

glowing with Grace...

And the arms of my little ones

hold tight to my soul,

My children's deep loving

Reminds me I am whole...

The shell of my being

is transient at best,

And there will come a time

When the pain is put to rest...

But for now I choose love

And the hope that it brings,

From all the dear people

Whose voices still sing...

Of endurance, of courage,

of tenacity, of peace,

And at last I find solace

And a sense of release...

For this life is not perfect

But the love it brings shines,

Showing me The Victory

As my Heart rests in Thine.

Lovingly...

Hi Pamela,

Our WEBSITE is coconuthaven.com

Our Mother company is called COCONUT HAVEN Philippines, Inc. This is the

company that manufactures the ANH-VCO; VIVIENDO PHILIPPINES, Inc. is a sister

company and the marketing arm of Coconut Haven. Our VCO's label as well as all

our other products is VIVIENDO. However, our VCO in the US carry the labels of

our distributors.

Thanks,

Dear everyone,

expeller pressed oil, (as we know it in the Philippines) are also bleached and

deodorized in the final stage. This is a little better in quality from the RBD,

because for the reason that it does not undergo the process of refining.

Expeller pressed oil is what most call the " healthy cooking oil " . Raw material

for this kind of oil may come from:

quick dried coconut meat (sun

dried or oven dried);

dried coconut residue (coconut meat that is the waste when it has already

been extracted with coconut milk)

Expeller pressed oil does not come from fresh coconut milk like the Virgin

coconut oil.

No we do not agree with your information that the lauric acid content coconut

oil is the same. Lauric acid content varies because of these factors: variety

of the coconut used; age of the coconut processed; method of processing

In the Philippines, we know for a fact that all Virgin coconut oil, processed

through Cold Process-Absolutely no heat has a lauric acid content range from

50% up to 59% (natural) while heated VCO range from 43% to 48%...
