Guest guest
Thanks - that is brilliant! See how quickly we forget? We should pop this into a file and add it to the files section so we can add to it and not leave so much out.

Guest guest
Hiya I admire anyone that plants, grows and eats their own - wish I had the time and the inclination. I hate having cold fingers and getting into the garden gives me just that so I steer clear of that... but last year Dad planted rocket and I think I was chewing it off at the stump before it even managed to grow. I like the first and second pick, the third pick is a big too tough for my liking. And teamed with tomatoes - yum! I am about to make some haloumi/ zucchini fritters and potato soup. I am feeling peckish. I had .2ml in yesterday and I had reflux last night - but that was my own stupid fault. I was dancing around saying how it hasnt made a lick of difference and had a miso soup late before going to bed. Well I had the 1am shuffle... Its all good today, restriction is slightly better than it was pre-fill, so I am happy. I havent been able to eat anything except just now I had the inners of a couple of cheese and spinach triangles. I couldnt come at the pastry - sooo unlike me. I am a pastry fiend. I hope that the opti does the trick – I know when I get on to my TF kick I am good, so maybe Monday I will be back on that wagon, get the weight moving down and stop my self destructive procrastination. And thanks for the tip on the cq-10 – might even give that a go, but will avoid doing the fish milkshake version
Guest guest
It is the waist fat - I know my Endo told me last time that my waist measurement was under 80cms so she was happy. Said I didnt need to lose any more because its the waist measurment that is 'important' - well as far as she was concerned. Go and have a good rest, you have to go back to work on Monday - dont envy you that. So get in as much rest as you can before then.
Guest guest
LOL>>> you do make me laugh - barrow of bricks! But I understand your frustration!!! I hope this fill gives you some movement in the scales department. And yes - you get those strapping boys to lift their own chairs, none of that business for you again. I dont believe that you should have to do it even if you weren't recovering from an op. I am pretty sure that was one of the things I had to do at the end of the day in my high school! Guest guest
Hiya Can you buy the choc coated teddys separately? I have only ever seen them in the chocolate selection I buy here occasionally and I instantly take all the choc teddys for myself. I love those bikkies, they are like the old Mcs cookies... I once got in into a 'discussion' with my supervisor at Macca's - I bought a box for my break (as healthy and nutritious as anything else on offer methinks) and he said "No one eats Mcs cookies!" my reply "are you calling me a no one?" and he quickly back tracked, LOL. Oh and duck, have been craving a red duck curry for days. I am thinking tonight I will have to stop in Newtown on the way home and get one from Atom, he makes the bestest. Guest guest
Ahh That sucks a bunch... but you know that sometimes just putting your head down and getting on with it, no sorry's is the best way. Try it, I dont apologise much any more - seems like a waste of hot air to me sometimes so I only use it sparingly. Have a nice doona day if you think that is what is needed, but then you have to be back on - full steam ahead, dont let the bastard get to you. Dont worry about the food choices, I have made several rotten ones today myself for no good reason. Oh and rescue remedy is on a brandy base, but I am sure you can sneak that past the bouncers. A career change is always going to have these sorts of set backs, so just look at it as the lesson that it is and move on, there are plenty that do this everyday and even act as if it never happened, something to think about... Guest guest
Dear What a horrid bunch of so and so's - not worth the brain energy are they. The ones that you worked with that didn't bother to do the decent thing are shits, and just think of them kindly when you are having a lovely Christmas and New Year surrounded by your lovely family and friends and they are eating their stale bread and water Scrooge style. You are better and infinitely more beautiful then they will ever be, let them deal with that. My fingers are crossed for you that this relief job turns into the job you want. I once started off in a temp job that was supposed to go for 3 days, I stayed a year and only left to come home to Australia. Sometimes good things come in small packages – but they are like the magic pudding and keep on giving up the good stuff. And this new band of yours is going to help you along too – some more fill and you will be well on the way to Skinnyville – population YOU! Guest guest
Hiya I hope that yesterday was nice for you - I had a great one here we went to lunch at the Lowenbrau and had a pork fest of mammoth proportions and then came home and ate lobster, prawns and oysters as well as a bit more pork, oy. I do have room in my suitcase, it is packed and 1/3 full – so you have a space the size of about 70cm cubed, can you cope with confinement for about 24 hours? If so pop over to my place on Friday morning and I will happily zip you up. I have been awake since 5am and am a bit annoyed because it was after 1 when I went to bed. I am not sure if it is because I am on holidays too and not active that I am suddenly eating like it's a new hobby and I am not as active that I am not sleeping??? I perhaps need to be walking twice a day harder or something. However surely the shopping that I have engaged in the last few days should have made up for something and I am seriously considering heading to Broadway now to check out Jacqui E…
Guest guest
Well - make sure you have some nice relaxing time if you can spare it! Birthdays do get to a point when they are just another day, but dont use that as an excuse not to at least take a bit of TLC for yourself. Have a great birthday! Enjoy the cupcakes and pressies.
