Guest guest
Hi , I too am shy around new people…. Well at least for the first 15-20 minutes. The other night was the first time I have met anyone from here, when and I went to H2O. I was nervous too; I had 2 maybe 3 Bourbon and Diet cokes (liquid courage) you know what? I shouldn’t have bothered and I were talking before we were seated. made me feel really comfortable, and I know she will with you, as I will. Don’t be nervous, we don’t bite at all. I haven’t met the whole gang yet, but after meeting , I’m quite relaxed about it. Come to the Surf Rock and then you’ll know both us, and who knows, we may even have fun! Keep in touch!!! Fi Thank you ALL Hi Guys, I just wanted to say a big thank you for making me feel so welcome. I really have been feeling down these last couple of weeks and even though I don't know you all that well you have really made me feel comfortable. You really are an amazing bunch of people and I only hope I have such great results as you all if I ever get to have my banding. (no date still) I get a bit bombarded with all the posts but I am trying my best to get to know you all!! Fi and I would love to catch up. I am abit shy around new people but once you get to know me I am very out going. I will keep you all posted on my surgery date and thanx again!!! Guest guest
Mmmm.... bourbon & coke. I think I do have an alcohol problem. However, I haven't had a bourbon and coke for about 5 years. As much as I love them... I can't do the fake coke as it gives me migranes, and the calories in the real thing are just far too much when added to bourbon, so I gave them up. Boy I miss them though that is for sure. See... from time to time I can give things up ~ wish I could give it all up but I can't. Mel >> Hi , > > I too am shy around new people.... Guest guest
Mel, You’re not the only one. I love my Bourbon and Diet a little too much… I have the headache to prove it. Bloody friends that just won’t leave! I know I will struggle today with food. I also need to give the ciggies away. One thing at a time though. Fi Thank you ALL > > > Hi Guys, > > I just wanted to say a big thank you for making me feel so welcome. Guest guest
thanks for the info on the GF diet...... Alissa is allergic to milk- so she drinks soy milk and has since she was a baby. We are hoping someday she won't guzzle it like crazy it is her FAV drink in the world. She isn't much into juice but will drink a capri sun or Koolaid burst now and then. She loves water in a bottle. I am learning so much I had no clue on already in this group- THANKS so much! In case I can't get back to post- Happy New Year everyone!!!!!!!!! more about us- we have 3 sons NT- it took me awhile to get the meaning of that abb........chris is 23- Nick is 19 and ADHD and Danny is 16........so we are a busy busy family. Alissa fits in just right though & keeps us grounded to what is really importent. For those with older girls will they be driving? My dh knows a sales rep at his company with a autitistic dd who drives and lives in her own apt. I am hoping Alissa will do it all but am really unsure just like the professionals at her school seem to be. Annette
Guest guest
Allie's only 8, but I have every intention of her driving. Maybe on her 16th birthday, maybe 17, 18, or 25, but right now I see no reason why she cannot eventually drive. Debi > > For those with older girls will they be driving?
