Dr. Brenner said it was safe for her, because I questioned him, but she drinks bottled water and I was told that she does not get enough lithium. Guest guest Posted August 26, 2009 Report Share Posted August 26, 2009 As I understand it, the prescription dose is around 800 mg and the HFS stuff is 50 or 100 mg. I took a small amount of OTC lithium and didn't care at all for the results.
