I to know most fish is of with omega and it is of an essential oil we need for our bodies. so it mighgt be of to do her good health wise. Guest guest Posted December 30, 2007 Report Share Posted December 30, 2007 I am not a fish eater. I love have a good steak from " Logans " , but Jen looks forward to the " sardines in mustard " . At first, I could hardly feed them too her, because they just look bad! My husband he like to eat fish, so I try to get him to feed them to her as many nights as possible! They just turn my stomach and the covering of mustard does cover the smell. I never thought I would be feeding Jen sardines, sometimes you just got to wonder!
