Guest guest
Hi, My mom quit dialysis this week and is on hospice care. Anyone have advice to help my ocd daughter deal with these next days? She had trouble with my mom (often because of ocd) but we've been able to talk through lots of those issues. Yesterday she asked if dying trumped everything and last night she was mad at me because I didn't care about her only about my dying mom. This morning she was regretting because her sister said goodby to Grandma better than she did. My mom is not responding today and may die today. My daughter has seen her many times this week when my mom was well. They played games and had meals together. But I guess my daughter didn't say " goodby " perfectly so she's thinking it doesn't count. Any suggestions are welcome. I'll just keep loving her and doing my best but it's hard when i am so stretched and so tired. Thanks, Kelli
